Meet the Gaia 11” Heavy Flow Pad — designed for specific women’s directional flow patterns either to front or back.
Our 11-inch Heavy Flow Pad is intentionally asymmetrical to support directional flow. Many women experience bleeding that’s concentrated either toward the front or the back, and this pad adapts perfectly to that.

If your flow leans forward: Position the wider side in front for maximum coverage.

If your flow goes toward the back: Place the wider side at the back for leak protection.

Important: Most of us tend to be back bleeders during sleep, so flipping the pad for nighttime use gives added security.
To ensure comfort and protection even on your heaviest days, we use premium fabrics that are excellent in quick absorption.
